Elegant ruby red. It displays a great aromatic richness, very well combined in aging harmonies and mature fruit. Tasty with medium body. It has a powerful retronasal route, with a pleasantly tannic aftertaste. Excellent structure that will allow you to continue evolving towards a great bouquet.
Variety of grapes: 80% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha.
Its consumption must be carried out at a temperature of 16º to 18ºC. Ideal for all types of meat, thyme veal chops, venison, roe deer, roast lamb and grilled meats. It will always improve with its oxygenation by opening the bottle 1 hour before consumption.
