Wild boar meat, lean pork and pork belly, salt, sugars (lactose, dextrose, sugar), dextrin, spices, stabilizers (E-450, E-451), antioxidant (E-316), preservative (E-252), coloring (E-120), flavoring, potato maltodextrin, gum arabic, black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) 2%, Craterellus Cornucopioides and natural casing.
