Wild boar chorizo. An artisan product with an intense and long lasting flavour. Typical colour of red meat. Made in Spain.

Ingredients

Wild boar meat, lean meat and pork belly, salt, lactose, dextrin, spices, sugar, stabilizer (E-450), flavor enhancer (E-621), antioxidant (E-301), preservative (E-252), aroma, potato maltodextrin, gum arabic, black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) 2%, craterellus cornucopioides and natural casing.

Instructions

Open 10 minutes prior to consumption. Store in a clean, fresh and dry place. Serve at ambient temperature.
