Very deep purple color, bright and with violet reflections. Aromas of black fruits with memories of violets. Smoked touches and an end of ripe fruit. It has a great body with acided and balanced and unctuous tannins. Very persistent in the mouth with toasted memories.

Instructions

Its consumption must be carried out at a temperature of 16º to 18º C. Suitable for game meats like pheasant, partridge or duck, as well as foie de oca or pate. It will improve with its oxygenation by opening the bottle 1 hour before its consumption.
