Wild boar meat, lean pork and pork belly, salt, lactose, dextrin, spices, sugar, stabilizer (E-450), flavor enhancer (E-621), antioxidant (E-301), preservative (E-252), flavoring, potato maltodextrin, gum arabic, black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) 2%, Craterellus cornucopioides and natural casing.
