Calçots sauce 180g (Pack 3 units)

From the Valls area, in Tarragona, it is a sauce used to dip calçots, a variety of spring onion that is consumed from January to April. With a sweet touch, it is essential in every calçotada.

Ingredients

Tomato puree, sunflower oil, wine vinegar, garlic, fried corn, sugar, salt, rehydrated potato, spices, stabilisers (modified starch and xanthan gum).

Instructions

Open and serve.
Store in a clean, fresh and dry place.
Serve at ambient temperature.
